3. Clear Gifs: The Purse Club uses clear gifs, which are tiny graphics with a unique identifier (similar in function to cookies), to track the online movements of the web users. Additionally, we may use pixel tracking technology to track the completion of transactions with us or our advertisers.
The Purse Club websites are not intended or designed to attract users under the age of 18. By choosing the 3-month, 6-month or 12-month Gold or Platinum Pre-Pay options, you have agreed to pay for 3, 6 or 12 months worth of purses up front in order to receive a discount on your purchase. 1 new purse will ship to you every 30 days based upon the pre-payment option you have chosen. Once you completed your prepayment of a 3 month 6 month or 12 month package you will automatically receive a new purse monthly at the same discounted monthly price you secured by ordering up front.
All products shipped out of Los Angeles, California. The standard ground mail service is shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail. Packages will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please be advised that shipments are not sent out on Saturdays, Sundays, or any holidays. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times.
In order to obtain your refund, contact customer service by phone or email and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send the product back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, In order for your refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account, and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank. You must return your product for a refund. Refunds typically take 3 to 5 days to show in your account.
